H L Skin Aesthetics is a private aesthetic clinic operated by Hayley, a Level 4 qualified aesthetic practitioner based in Herne Bay, Kent, United Kingdom. By using our website or booking a treatment with us, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Appointments and Bookings

All appointments are subject to availability. Bookings can be made via WhatsApp or through our website. A booking is only confirmed once you have received confirmation from us directly.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking where we believe a treatment is not suitable or safe for a client, or where we are unable to proceed following a consultation.

3. Consultations

A consultation is required before certain treatments can be carried out. This is to ensure the treatment is appropriate for your skin, health, and concerns. Consultations are offered free of charge. H L Skin Aesthetics reserves the right to decline treatment if, following consultation, we do not believe it is in your best interest.

4. Cancellations and No-Shows

We understand that circumstances change. However, late cancellations and no-shows have a significant impact on a small independent clinic. We ask that you give us a minimum of 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee. Repeated no-shows may result in a deposit being required for future bookings. Any deposit paid to secure an appointment is non-refundable in the event of a no-show or cancellation within 48 hours of the appointment time.

5. Patch Testing

Certain treatments require a patch test to be carried out prior to the appointment. It is your responsibility to attend your patch test appointment and to inform us of any reactions. H L Skin Aesthetics accepts no liability for adverse reactions where a patch test was recommended but declined by the client.

6. Medical History and Contraindications

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about your medical history, current medications, allergies, and any relevant health conditions at the time of consultation and booking. Failure to disclose relevant information may affect the safety and suitability of your treatment.

H L Skin Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse treatment if we believe it poses a risk to your health or wellbeing. We accept no liability for adverse outcomes resulting from information that was withheld or not disclosed.

7. Results

Aesthetic treatments are not an exact science and results can vary from person to person. H L Skin Aesthetics makes no guarantee of specific results. All information provided on our website and in consultations is given in good faith and based on professional knowledge and experience. Results shown in our gallery are from real clients but are not a guarantee of the results you will achieve.

8. Pricing

All prices are as stated on our website and pricing guide at the time of booking. H L Skin Aesthetics reserves the right to amend prices at any time. Any price changes will be updated on the website. The price applicable to your treatment will be confirmed at the time of booking.

9. Payments

Payment is due at the time of your appointment unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to request a deposit to secure your booking. Deposits are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation within 48 hours or a no-show.

10. Age Restrictions

All clients must be 18 years of age or older to receive aesthetic treatments at H L Skin Aesthetics. We reserve the right to request proof of age. We will not carry out treatments on anyone under the age of 18 under any circumstances.

11. Aftercare

Aftercare advice will be provided following your treatment. It is your responsibility to follow this advice carefully. H L Skin Aesthetics accepts no liability for complications or unsatisfactory results arising from failure to follow aftercare guidance.

12. Complaints

We take all feedback seriously and aim to resolve any concerns promptly and professionally. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your treatment or experience, please contact us as soon as possible via our website at www.hlaesthetics.co.uk so that we can address your concerns.

13. Liability
